Please note that I am unable to accept any returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons, and any personalised items as these are made to order. Please contact me directly regarding the return of any other items.

All items are handmade to order, and usually take around 3 to 5 days before dispatch. I will send you a shipping confirmation when your parcel is on its way, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
